Depression is a state of confusion
Mind finds not for problems a solution
It is a kind of thoughts’ explosion
Leading to a downfall in emotion
Depression may be hereditary
But it will not lead to obituary
Human mind is a sacred sanctuary
Perfect maintenance is obligatory
Every person at times gets depression,
If doubts are told via expression
We can change properly our impression
Depression is born out of emotional suppression
It may come to anyone at any age
Before it inflicts a permanent damage
Approach a wise psychiatrist to manage
His counseling cum medicines will assuage
By making a psychiatrist’s consultation
One progresses towards a positive destination
In case one shows uninterested disinclination
How can one’s mind achieve stabilization?
Depression if goes untreated
At one stage it cannot be defeated
It is like an empty vessel getting heated
So before a psychiatrist, one must be seated
If the Doctor is given co-operation
And is pucca the medicinal consumption
Depression will suffer termination
Here all concerned must show determination
At the right time medicines’ intake
Will put for depression a sure brake
Continuity in consumption without break
Will towards cure invariably take
Exercise, sleep, love, mercy and duty
Will surely stop depression’s cruelty
Ending each and every immorality
Will soon sanction to depression mortality
A very firm advice to the society
Is to be kind and never naughty
In case society’s activity is faulty
Nature via depression imposes a penalty
Ridicule never a depressed cum upset patient
Even if you have a superb intelligent quotient
Just keeping quiet is more than sufficient
No one in this World is in everything proficient
A person may be at any time caught
By depression which may put a tight knot
In case the symptoms in someone you spot
Let love, affection and counseling be taught.

Emotional wounds, all inflict
Even without any evil intention
This may cause internal conflict
Requiring our serious attention
A person may ignorantly hurt
By creating a mental scar
His approach may be totally curt
If we worry, very wrong we are
A wise man will inquire
To find out the exact reason
When facts he can acquire
He will learn a rich lesson
Never listen to useless gossip
It may divert your noble path
Gossip may be tasty to sip
But it will lead to blood-bath
In case a matter is told
And it effects are adverse
Your mind must be controlled
Please use your reasoning power
You must not blindly erupt
You must approach with caution
Anger will invariably try to corrupt
Ballooning problems out of proportion
Never at all rely on foolish rumors
Find out the facts to solve
Calmness will stop tremors
So to be calm, please resolve
It is better to even postpone
For gaining time to wise-ponder
This may obviate the need to atone
As no blunder you will render
After making a thorough analysis
If superb steps you shrewdly execute
You may inflict death on crisis
And may annex the title of being astute
To take an action, be not urgent
Muse deeply using maximum wit
Believe that God is a fair sergeant
To heal emotional wounds, He is fit.

No title. Alan Gilbert.
Irrefutable immutable
Prurient and beautiful.
Inventively insatiable
Unique and irreplaceable.
Sexually teasing
Seminally pleasing.
Amazingly delicious
Tantalizingly capricious.
Sensually alluring
Energetically enduring.
Delightfully demure
Thankfully impure.
To this sorrow. Alan Gilbert.
Sun is setting shadows crawling
Eyes are heavy dreams are calling.
Into slumber slipping, falling
Cradled safe in mothers arms.
Mother watching child sleeping
Heart is broken softly weeping.
From herself no way of keeping
That this young life can’t sustain.
Of her grief there is no telling
Mothers love all loves excelling.
In her heart forever dwelling
In her arms to sleep no more.
Child is waking moving, stirring
Eyes are open smile alluring.
Mother holds him ever closer
Begs to heaven for reprieve.
No pretending happy ending
Nature giving, sometimes lending.
Mother sleeping, dreaming tending
Child resting in her heart.
A consumer is not a disturbance
Please show to him no arrogance
He must have a happy remembrance
Which must linger like a fragrance
Always relish his lovely presence
Please give him no annoyance
Never serve him with reluctance
Receive him with a warm acceptance
By exposing your full competence
Have in relations perfect maintenance
Please cause him no inconvenience
Connection with him has great relevance
He may show colossal ignorance
Still deal with him using tolerance
This will help in miracles’ occurrence
And will have a healthy influence
Use for his sake your intelligence
On his behalf exercise vigilance
Treat him with respect and reverence
He will give a wonderful reference
To come to you will be his preference
He will quote you in his office conference
He will reward your excellence and brilliance
You will totally corner all his benevolence.

To kill another day. Alan Gilbert. 2010.
I grew up in the city
When I was seventeen.
They told me I must go to war
For country and for King.
Forget the sixth commandment
As many others will.
Take this gun and bayonet
See how many you can kill.
I was fighting early morning
With the moon still in the sky.
Bayoneting the enemy
Praying not to die.
I was seeing comrades falling
Parts of bodies shot away.
I wandered if I want to live
To kill another day.
We made our camp that evening
Said prayers for those who died.
The preacher reassured us
That God was on our side.
I told him of the carnage
Asked what the Lord would say.
He said, “You just be thankful
You can kill another day.”
Three years I’ve been killing
Lost count of all who’ve died.
I’ve lost belief that there’s a God,
At least not on our side.
If he’s with the enemy
Then all that I can say,
He will also have to answer
For his sins on judgment day.
Oh God
I never aimed to reminisce you,
It is my proviso which is
inorganic making me to horn you
by relying on you
don’t honor me for being
friendly to you
I am not your true follower,
I am only a helpless person
longing for your support
by serving my miseries to you
by dreaming of your arrival
for holding my weak hands
Oh God…
Oh God
I never aimed to reminisce you,
It is my proviso which is
inorganic making me to horn you
by relying on you
don’t honor me for being
friendly to you
I am not your true follower,
I am only a helpless person
longing for your support
by serving my miseries to you
by dreaming of your arrival
for holding my weak hands
Oh God…
Oh God
I can’t dare to
eyewitness
your forepart, no not
feasible
just bowing down on the floor
consuming my life
aiming to hold
your feet
along my confessions
Oh God..
Oh God
I comprehend,you are
expecting me
as an affectionate creator
specifically when you
presuppose, that
I shall get back to you
aiming for the dressing of
my soul
after losing my purity
by playing tricks of the trade
Oh God…
