Waiting not for the end result
you start to perform your duty
whether your efforts result in fruits or go in vain
is not at all,  your concern

With needed obedience you put in,
your efforts ,of sure, will not go in vain

Who is the actual doer
and who is the recipient?
Don’t feel exaggerated when you embrace success
and never be let down  and disgusted when you loose in the race
Survival of the fittest has become an obsolete adage
and ‘arrival of the fittest’ has set in as a innovative and new quote
